Registration is now open for the August 12, 2020 One-Day Workshop.

This year, instead of a full conference, the Oklahoma Emergency Management Association and the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management will host a one-day workshop to allow OEMA to conduct their annual business meeting, including board elections and proposed bylaws changes, and to provide training information and updates on WebEOC, OK EMGrants, and EMPG.

The event will be held at the Kingfisher Fairgrounds at 300 S. 13th Street in Kingfisher. OEMA will provide lunch catered by Snider’s in Kingfisher.

9 a.m. – WebEOC Updates

10:30 a.m. – OK EMGrants Overview

Noon – Lunch catered by Sniders (provided by OEMA)

1 p.m. – OEMA Business Meeting

2:30 p.m. – EMPG Update

CDC recommended safety measures will be implemented, including extra spacing between seating, etc. Masks will be provided as needed.

Space will be available after the workshop for area meetings.
